He was predeceased by: his son David; and his siblings, Norwood, Clyde, Donald and Lois Glady.
He is survived by: his parents, Earl S. and Edna Sergent; his spouse Miss Barbara Hyslop; his children, Edward Sergent (Lillian), Vernard Sergent (Polly), Ann Buff and Lloyd Sergent (Buff); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Perry. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church or to a charity of one's choice.
