He was predeceased by: his parents, F. John Horton and Mabel Horton; his sister Betty Rogers (late Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Hook, Carnell Hollis and Rev. Thomas Beaven (late Marjorie).
He is survived by: his wife Beth Horton; his children, Patricia Horton Fay (Bob), Steve Horton (Pam), Jill Tuckness (Andy), Karen Niezgucki (Chris) and Nancy Horton; and his siblings, Ted Horton (Doris) and Carolyn Hook. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hanlin Funeral Home - Millington (4823 Main St, Millington, MI 48746). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Don's memory may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
