She was predeceased by: her father Roderick Garrett; and her former husband Douglas Germaine. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Garrett; and her children, Blake Germaine, Valorie Cook (Dan), Jennifer Bables (Brian), Jessica Ornelas (Tom), Ronnie Dixon and Matthew Dixon (Jamie). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, her five brothers and one sister.
