He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd and Ruth; his brother Greg; his nephews, Greggy Hancock, Cody Carlisle and Robert Woodruff; and his niece Amy Hancock.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Hancock (Becky), Kari Carlisle, Kristine (Raleigh Simpson) and Floyd Jr. (Mary Hancock); his sister-in-law Marilyn Hancock; his nieces and nephews, Charles Woodruff, Rick (Celeste Woodruff), Eric Hancock, Michael (Teresa Hancock-Parmer), Becky (Trent Middleton) and Lori (Kevin Smith); and his friends, Jack, Linda Reade, Cindy Willson (Muntin) and GeorgeAnn Muntin.
Memorials may be given in remembrance of Charles to the Millington-Arbela Historical society, where Charles was an active member and Vice President at the time of his passing.
