He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Harback Sr. Almeron; his sister Naomi Harback Laux; his granddaughter Kassandra JoLene Klein; and his nephew Mark Laux. He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Vera Roebuck; his wife Vera B. Roebuck Harback; his children, Tracy Harback Mercer (Dale), Almeron Harback and Kari Harback Klein (Joseph); his grandchildren, Patrick Mercer, Shaun Mercer, Amanda Harback, Emily Harback, Kayla Harback, Kyle Klein, Kody Klein and Kameron Klein; and his sister June Harback Bierlein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
