She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Forsyth (Mamerow) and Henry Forsyth; and her siblings, Gertrude Foley, Henry Forsyth, Helen Forsyth, Burton Forsyth, Norman Forsyth, Carolyn Pletcher and Wilma Jean Forsyth.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Burns; her children, Trudy Burns, Susan Burns and Wayne Burns (Patricia Eno); her granddaughters, Leah and Kaitlin Burns; and her siblings, Elinor Kroll and James Forsyth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
