He is survived by: his wife Adelaide Poniatowski; his siblings, William Phelps (Sybil), Mary Emanoil (George), Kathleen Phelps and Barbara Phelps; his children, Angela Grogan (Bryan), Tom Phelps (Maureen), Andrew Phelps (Danielle), Josh Phelps (Stephany Parker) and Meghan Phelps; his grandchildren, Lucy Grogan, Lindsey Leonowicz (Nick), Maggie Phelps, Joey Phelps, Alex Phelps, Hailey Bilderback (Craig), Melanie McArthur (Keith), Connor Phelps, Abbie Phelps, Lillie Phelps, Ben Phelps, Mollie Phelps, Melissa Phelps, Ethan Phelps, Joshua Parker-Phelps, Adelaide Phelps and Gwendolyn Lamphear; and his great grandchildren, Emerson Leonowicz, Charley Leonowicz, Sadie Leonowicz and Bodie Leonowicz.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Milford (404 E Liberty St, Milford Charter Twp, MI 48381).
