She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Klos; her son Kirk; her parents, William McClay and Margaret McClay; and her brother John McClay (Elaine).

She is survived by: her sons, Thomas A. Klos II, Karl J. Klos (Carrie) and Aric W. Klos (Alma); and her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Samantha, Katelyn and Alexander. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
