It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Kenneth Michalak (Milford, Michigan), born in Commerce Township, Michigan, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Theresa Michalak and Edwin Kendrick; and his aunt Rose Kotas. He is survived by: his parents, Gerard Michalak and Christine Michalak; his wife Han Nguyen; his brothers, Joe Michalak and Matthew Michalak; his grandmother Cecilia Kendrick; his aunts and uncles, Jim Kotas, Terrie Snowden, Michelle, Rich Gavalier, Renee, Leonard Valente, Michael Kendrick and Kenneth Kendrick; his parents-in-law, Thy and Binh Nguyen; and his sister-in-law Thanh "Rim" Nguyen. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family, and countless friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Milford (404 E Liberty St, Milford Charter Twp, MI 48381). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church (1955 E Commerce St, Milford, MI 48381). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
