Jakob Kolakowski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jakob Kolakowski in Milford, Michigan, born in Grand Blanc, Michigan, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parent Thomas Kolakowski (Alika) of Saint Cloud; his grandmother Marie Kolakowski; his mother Angela Kolakowski of West Bloomfield, Michigan.; his brothers, Gage Thomas and Jack Duran Kolakowski; and his grandparents, Thomas Kolakowski Jr. (Maria) of Trenton and Magdalena Woodbeck of Lapeer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and several friends.
