She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert S. Garner; and her siblings, Chris Brakke, Astrid Hancock and Josephine Schwartz. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Francis, Kathy Birling (Jeff), Ronald Garner (Terri) and Brian Garner (Maureen); and her sister June Strange (Jerry). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are encouraged to the Michigan Humane Society and the American Lung Association.
