He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Restum and Gladys Restum; and his brothers, Robert Stratton (Rose Ann) and Roger Stratton (Vicki). He is survived by: his wife Bettie Stratton; his children, Jerry Ray Capps, Peggy Barnes (Jerry), Doug Restum, Jr. (Diana), Shannon Rohrer (Brian) and Ashley Young; his grandchildren, Jordyn Cox (Steven), Emily Graves (Ryan), Alyson Jenkins (Dennis), Hannah Rohrer (Christopher Waldrop), Sara Restum, Jerry Alan Barnes, Abigail Barnes, Lena Restum, Joshua Rohrer, James Rohrer, Ava Barnes, Damien Williams and Alia Williams; his great grandchildren, Lillian Waldrop, Lewis Cox, Vanessa Jenkins and Millie Cox; and his brothers, Ronald Stratton, Rick Stratton and Ray Stratton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
