Matusiak; her children, Lynn Machnak (David), John Matusiak (Patricia) and Mark Matusiak (Karin); her grandchildren, Marc Machnak (Jaclyn), Bradley Machnak (Cheney), Drew Mossoian (Abby), Holly Miller (John), Stephanie Schultz (William), Kevin Matusiak (Ashley), Sarah Hite (Dustin), Lucy Parker, Michael Matusiak (Brianna) and Paige Matusiak; her great grandchildren, Jack, Ryan, Bradley, Madison, Hazel, Scarlett, Ellie and Harrison; and her sister Antoinette Hepburn.
