He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Petkus (Arline) and Dorothy Roger (Terry); his sister Dorothy Jean Petkus; his father-in-law William Walter Paholak II; and his nephew Matthew Gerard.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Petkus; his children, Alex Petkus Jr. (Shelby), Joseph Petkus (Breann), Curt Petkus and Jessica Jarratt (Greg); his grandchildren, Lily, Maeve, Throeau Petkus, Luke, Calla, Kane Petkus, Ross, Grace, Gloria and Titus Jarratt; his siblings, Lynda Gerard (Walter), Sherrie Ann Petkus and Daniel Petkus (Janet); and his mother-in-law Madeline Paholak. He is also survived by family, including his children, grandchildren, siblings and cherished friends.
