He is survived by: his parents, Dora "Doris" Kennon and William Oliver Kennon; his wife Linda Kennon; his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Kennon and Denise Montgomery; his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Funchion (Kennon), William "Billy" Kennon Jr. (Angie Richie), Gina Kennon and Nicole Julio Bush (Kennon); and his husband Buckee Bush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
