He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Rachel (Ben), Timothy and Kristen; his brothers, William Maddock (Beth) and Jim Maddock; his siblings-in-law, Diane Mitchell, Keith Lawson, Jeff Boner and Michael Boner (Lisa); his mother-in-law Betty Boner (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Kasey, Amy, Leslie and Jewel.
