Millard Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2020, at the age of 92, Millard Phillips (Milan, Michigan), born in Ypsilanti, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Millard Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard P. Phillips and Maurine Phillips (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Marie Ninotti; his children, Millard David (Deanna), Mary Kay and Robert (Tagy); and his grandchildren, Mathew, Aaron, Kelly, Ameen, Zayn and Alexander. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, a memorial gathering and service in his honor, will be held at a later date.
After public office, in 2005, he and two other long-time Milanites, Don Harkness and Isabelle Schultz established the "Greater Milan Area Community Foundation".
