She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milan Elkins and Hilda Elkins (Krupp); her husband Donald Gale Howell; her children, Kristi Howell of Milan and Kevin Howell (Robert Isley) of Jersey City, NJ.; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Elkins of Greenville, MI and Gerda Lipcaman of Ann Arbor, MI; and her siblings, Donna Engemann and James Elkins. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Milan or Arbor Hospice.
