With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Holly (Milan, Michigan), born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Christine Crilly (Holly) and Tim Crilly; his children, Brooklynn Vincent and Nikolas Holly; his siblings, Jordan Crilly, Nicole Crilly, Michelle Stauffer and Christine Brooks; his grandparents, Lillian and Harold Holly; and his uncle Frederick Holly.
Till Valhalla Cremation has taken place and weather permitting an outdoor visitation will be held at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan on Friday October 16th from 2:00pm-7:00pm where face masks and social distancing are required.
He started a non-profit foundation, Foundation 14, supporting veterans, which grew quickly and surpassed initial goals.
