He is survived by: his wife Sharon Alexander; his children, Sam Holsten, Kathy O'Bryan (Dan), Amanda Buter (Trevor), Matt Holsten (Vanessa), Melissa Cahill (John), Shawn Holsten and Kayla Dorr (Adam); his grandchildren, Ashley, Connor, Kaylee, Amaya, Trace, Leila, Teddy and Braxton; and his great grandchildren, Aliveah and Ethan.
