Though Jimmy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Skaggs and Lucy Skaggs (Eldridge). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pawli; his son Chad Morgan; and his grandchildren, Reagan Bell and Colesyn Morgan. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as many friends.
