She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fowler and Marion Fowler (McGuire); and her daughter Lucinda Ward. She is survived by: her husband Melvin J. Ward; and her children, Brenda Hammon (David), Patricia Beins (Craig) and Melvin D. Ward. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
