She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman McGraw and Nina McGraw (Woods); her brother Chris McGraw; and her brothers-in-law, Bernard Adams and Dennis Coggins.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Herb" Church; her children, Todd Church (Melissa), Jaclyn Hall (Jordan) and Andrea Johns (Kurt); her grandchildren, Dawsyn, Kashtyn, Kamptyn, Laklyn, Dakota, Harper, Austin, Katie and Aliyah; her great grandchild Colt; and her siblings, Bo McGraw (Pam), Cheryl Adams and Annelle Coggins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be directed to the Motts Children Hospital-Oncology.
