She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Church and Velma Church (Tripp); her former husband Otis Rickett; her husband Robert J. Melton; her son Timothy Rickett; her siblings, Gerald Church (Florence), Orie Dean Church and Shirley Tracy; her grandchildren, Donovan MacDonald and Amanda Oldham; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Stephanie Rickett and Kassandra.
She is survived by: her children, David Rickett (Vanessa), Michael Rickett (Christine), Otis Rickett Jr. (Martha Lister) and Sue MacDonald (Cindi); and her siblings-in-law, Duane Tracy and Alice Parry. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Mid-Michigan Hospice and Midland Community Cancer Service.
