He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Fred and Barbara Johnson (Schwab); his sister Hillary Johnson of Philadelphia, PA; his half-sister Elizabeth Johnson of Louisville, KY; and his nephew Camron Toogood of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He worked many years in the food service industry, even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and was a valued employee Stephen was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church where he received his confirmation.
