She is survived by: her children, Charrlete Elaine Sullivan (Jake Meyers), Frank Ray Sullivan IV (Trisha Getyina) and Cori Beth Mullins (Charles); her grandchildren, Hope Deming, Faith Arrighton, Cortni Sullivan, Madison Volz, Hunter Volz, Mckenzie Mullins and Preston Mullins; and her siblings, Terri Cook, Nancee Lorhke (Louie) and Ron Dexter (Lynn).
