We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021, at the age of 97, Ruth Hillis of Midland, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Blehm and Anna Blehm (Fahrenbruch). She is survived by: her husband Bill Hillis (Bill); her children, Jay Hillis of East Lansing and Lynda VanOmmeren of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Lisa VanOmmeren (Devin Millions) of Midland, Lori Mullins (Justin) of East Lansing and Thomas VanOmmeren of Mt. Pleasant; her great grandchildren, Anika and Ethan Mullins; and her brother Elmer Blehm of Hemlock.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Mt. Pleasant or the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Midland.
