He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Spaulding; and his brother Chris Spaulding. He is survived by: his father Phil Spaulding; his caregiver Deeva Massey; his children, Rob Spaulding (Devin) and Megan Courtney (Alex); his grandson Caleb of Midland, Michigan; his children, Jenica of Midland, Michigan and Danika Courtney of Midland, Michigan; and his sisters, Tina Jefferson (Brandi) and Ginger Kohr (Jeff). He is also survived by three aunts and sixteen nieces and nephews.
