We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2021, at the age of 88, Richard Hlavacek (Midland, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frank (Carol) and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hebner; his children, Greg Hlavacek of Waterford and Michelle Hendrick (Ron) of Lubbock; his nephew Dale; his sister-in-law Judy Hlavacek; his aunt Mildred; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Youth Haven Ranch for disadvantaged children or First United Methodist Church.
