He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wiggins and Grace Wiggins; his siblings-in-law, Gloria LaFave and Daniel Cieslinski; and his granddaughter Audrey Ann Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lyn Wiggins (Cieslinski); his children, Josh Wiggins (Christina), Lacy MacLeod (Rob) and Dustin Wiggins (Ashley); his grandchildren, Bailey, Asher Wiggins, Landon, Rylie MacLeod, Olivia, James Wiggins, Josh, Travis and Bella; his siblings, Dale Wiggins (Tina), Judy Foster (Tom), Karen Freeze, Laurie Wentworth and Robin Oswald; and his sister-in-law Maxine Hall (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
