She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Wallace and Ellen Wallace (Neill); and her sisters, Deborah Jean Wallace Avery and Barbara Jean Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Allen Putnam, Dawn Palmer (Jeremy Bierlein) and Stacy Christine Slavings; her grandsons, Joshua James Myers and Caleb Matthew Myers; and her brother Willard Earl Wallace Jr..
