Myron Stockstill Obituary

Myron "Kent" Stockstill, 83, of Midland passed away on January 10, 2022 at Cascades of Midland. He was born September 15, 1938 to the late Oscar and Doris (Decker) Stockstill. He married Barbara Kistner on September 15, 1957 and they shared 64 years together.

Kent worked at Trinity Luther Church as the facilities administrator and was also involved as a lay minister and taught Sunday school. He was a good Christian man. He volunteered as a driver for Cancer Services, Midland and volunteered as a Boy Scout Leader and softball coach in Sidney, OH. Kent enjoyed woodworking and construction.

Kent is survived by his wife, Barbara, children; Vicki (Alex) Voils, Michael (Galina) Stockstill, Kimberly (Kenny) Holcomb, grandchildren; Rebecca McKimmy, Katherine McKimmy and great grandchildren; Kathryn McKimmy-Sutton, Westin McKimmy. Kent was predeceased is by his brother Ray Stockstill.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
