She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Smith and Norma Smith (Reed); her stepmother Dorothy Smith; her brother Jimmy Smith; and her sister-in-law Karen Smith.

She is survived by : her husband Jim Anderson; her children, Bob Anderson (Jody Libera) of Auburn, MI, Steve Anderson (Sue Urban) of Lawrenceville, GA and Cheryl Smith (Matt) of Romeo, MI.; her grandchildren, Katie, Patrick Anderson (Alyssa Ruggles), Sean Anderson, Grace and Joe Smith; her great grandchildren, Ava, Halle Simpson and Amelia Anderson; and her sister-in-law Sunshine Seniors Tours.
