She is survived by: her husband Thomas J Falkowski; her daughter Karen Schluckebier (Dennis); her grandchildren, Nikki Chritz (Dave), Cheryl Krieger (Geoff), David Schluckebier (Ashley), Christopher Schuckebier and Sara Morley (Sam); her close friend Shirley Douglass; and her sister-in-law Wanda Falkowski. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
