He is survived by: his children, Tricia Crivac (Jeremiah), Leonard Yaworski II and Christopher Yaworski; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Caleb Crivac and Reese Yaworski; his siblings, Veronica Lee (Walt), Patricia Hollenbeck and Raymond Yaworski (Lois); and his sister-in-law Barbara Yaworski.
