He is survived by: his children, Tishana Collier (Robert), Matthew Frederick and Kendra Frederick (Jonathan Yerman); his former wife Tammy Sian (Shane); his grandchildren, Octavia Raine, Rebecca and Anna; his siblings, Michael Frederick (Dawn), Debra Frederick, Mark Frederick and Cary Frederick; his nieces and nephews, Shawnie Marzluft, Nick Frederick, Mark Frederick, Mikie Frederick, Rachel Hart and Jennifer Keane; and his close friend Marcia Colvin. He is also survived by his children, family & friends.
