It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Sue Shoemaker of Midland, Michigan, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Embrey (Jason) of Mount Pleasant and Gina Rennie (Chris) of Davisburg; her sister Jan Hecht of Midland; her nieces and nephews, Katrina Hildebrandt (Rob) of Noblesville, IN, Dr. Eva Bartlett (Josh) of Lakeview, MI, Minna Kerchner (Cory) of Indianapolis, IN, Smith Kerchner of Indianapolis, IN, Olivia and Merick Bartlett of Lakeview, MI; and her pet Max.
Memorial donations in memory of Kathy may be made to the Humane Animal Treatment Society (HATS) or the Humane Society of Midland County.
