She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Trepkowski and Clara Trepkowski (Grifka); her former husband Melvin Cook; and her siblings, Robert Trepkowski and Patricia Balough.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Reder (Dave) of Midland, Melanie Shugart (Joe) of Los Angeles and Doug Cook (Wendy) of Midland, Michigan.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Reder, Tyler Reder, Ericka Reder, Jacob Cook and Taylor Cook.
