He was predeceased by: his mother Hilde Miller. He is survived by: his father Herman Miller; his wife Holly Miller; his children, Herman "Nathan" Miller (Katie) and Haylie Miller (Christian); his grandchildren, Jaxon and Aiden; his in-laws, Jim and Charlene Dorrance; his sister-in-law Tamara Goetz (Jeff); his nieces, Cassie Walker (Kaitlyn) and Lexie Sparks; his siblings, Kevon Miller (Angie), Vicky Miller and Nancy Miller; his nephew Dan Miller; his niece Carlie Miller; and his pet Oliver. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
