He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B. Iafrate Sr. and Linda L. Iafrate (VanWyck). He is survived by: his children, Crystal Iafrate (Troy Lecoyer), Harry Iafrate III (Jennifer Ross), Zack Iafrate (Tanya), Lauren McMillian (Matt) and Alex Krahnke (Sydnie Gouge); his grandchildren, Lucas, Tyler, Harry IV, Eli, Taylor, Daisy, Lily, Noah and Lexi; and his siblings, Anthony Iafrate, Kenneth Iafrate and Mary Rossman (Dave).

Memorials are suggested to the Jayden Lamb Foundation or ProMedica Hospice.
