He was predeceased by: his parents, Algin V. Riggie and Betty J. Riggie (Herman); and his son Wayne Riggie. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Riggie of Midland; his daughters, Donna Riggie of Midland and Kelly Hawkins (Dave) of Plymouth, MI; his grandchildren, Tim Hawkins, Adam Hawkins, Allison Hawkins, Buck Riggie and Shane Riggie; his pet Diamond; and his siblings, Michael Riggie (Beverly) and Susan Wirgau (Robert).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A masonic service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Wilson Miller Funeral Home (4210 N Saginaw Rd, Midland, MI 48640). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Midland Baptist Church (5009 Jefferson Ave, Midland, MI 48640). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Homer TWP Cemetery (1136 E Prairie Rd, Midland, MI 48640).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Midland Baptist Church.
