He was predeceased by: his father Frank Hubert; his wife Cheryl Campbell; and his son Jeremy. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ricky, Heather and Holly Toner; and his close friend Becky Perkins. He is also survived by grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews.
