She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Putney and Mary Putney (Durfee). She is survived by: her husband Roland Hamburg; her stepchildren, Mark Hamburg (Michelle) and Jennifer Kirby (David); her grandsons, Max and Gavin Hamburg; and her sisters, Margaret McCall and Polly Coote.
Memorial contributions are suggested to either the United Church of Christ – Midland, League of Women's Voters – Michigan, or Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania.
