He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Samuel, Muriel Capps, Dean and Joan Manley; and also Dean Manley, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Manley and Judith Manley (Capps); his daughter Eleanor Grace Manley; his wife Katie (Katie); and his siblings, Meredith Tschopp (Mark), Christopher Manley (Tricia) and Shaun Manley (Traci). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the family, in his honor.
