He is survived by: his wife Diane Merrick (Krebs); his sons, Jeff Merrick, Karl Merrick (Jaclyn) and Ryan Merrick; his grandchildren, Alice and Tessa; and his siblings, Sue Ehrhardt (Joe), Judy Dumont (Larry) and Bill Merrick (Sue).
