She was predeceased by: her parents, Mortimer Shea and Dorothy Shea (Baumann); her son Jeffrey M. Thomson; her siblings, Mortimer Shea Jr., Donald Shea, Margaret Shea, Frances Liddy, Ruth Hardy-Haight, Nora Closs and Mary Vitkuski; and her sister-in-law Marilyn May.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Thomson; her children, David W. Thomson and Mary Tiede (Steve); her sister Roseann Barber; her sister-in-law Betty Shea; her granddaughters, Kristin Miller, Michelle Gum and Shannon Gum; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Peyton and Emma; and her sister-in-law Janet Stofflett.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Saint Brigid of Kildare and/or Toni and Trish Hospice House in her honor.
