He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest C. Reid and Lillian M. Reid (Post); and his daughter Cathy Reid. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Merrell; and his children, Richard Reid (Debbie Kennedy), Cindy Bennett (Walter) and Judy Fales (Jeff).
