He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thurston and Joann Thurston; his son Allan Thurston; his son-in-law Noel Harrison; and the parents of child, Don and Joann Thurston.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bonham; his children, Dawn Harrison of Midland, Tonda Cole (Chris) of Wills Point, TX, Laurie Glasgow (Steve) and Jeremy Shufelt (Shaine); his brothers, Daryl Thurston (Donna) of Cornell, MI and Barry Thurston (Faye) of Midland; and his grandchildren, Haleigh, Cayla, Sarah Harrison, Gary, Kaden, Cooper Cole, Jacob, Hanna Glasgow, Laikyn, Dawson, Paxton Shufelt, Kelsey and Jack Kline. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
