He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hawkins; his children, Cathy Watkins (Bob), Debbie Arthur (Ken) and Don Hawkins II (Frances); his grandchildren, Kendal (Bobbi) and Daniel Arthur (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Madi and Levi Arthur; his stepchildren, Jim Shahin (Jessica), Ric Shahin (Martha) and Cindy Rhinehart (Jim); and his stepgrandchildren, Sam Shahin, Peter Shahin, Nicholas Shahin, Christina Rhinehart and Matthew Rhinehart.
