He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Blevins; his son Rick Blevins; and his siblings, Oren Blevins (Audrey), Gib Blevins (Marguerite), Betty Robinson and Ken Blevins.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Case; and his sons, Brian Blevins (Joanne) and Terry Blevins (Lynn).

Memorial contributions may be offered to the Special Olympics.
